Horizons is being developed as a community-based model designed to make it easier for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to access services, resources, training, and connections.

The space will include areas for therapy and clinical services, assistive technology, digital literacy, independent living training, employment support, community education, and more.

The project is currently moving through the renovation process, with plans for the space to become fully operational in 2027.
