Program Overview
Connections is our day support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every day is designed to build skills, spark friendships, and open doors into the wider community so we can make every moment count.
What a day looks like
Adaptive fitness classes at the YMCA
Bowling and community activities and events
Cooking classes at Central Carolina Community College
Arts and crafts
Learning skills in our mock apartment
Volunteering in the community
